You will partner with engineers and productmanagers to improve the product and make our customers successful.Here's how● Providing technical developer support to customers using Google Cloud Platformproducts, solutions & APIs● Reproducing customer issues in order to provide a holistic fix● Collaborating with internal support teams and customers to identify and documentproduct bugs and feature requests● Implement effective solutions through connecting with multi-functional teams andresources● Partnering with internal teams to improve cloud products at a senior level● Leading users through public forums: third party & Google-ownedYou’re the missing piece of the puzzleMust Have:● Proficient in at least one of Java or Python● Knowledge of API development, as well as building Representational State Transfer(REST) & JavaScript Object Notation (JSON) APIs● Demonstrate comprehensive troubleshooting tactics● Ability to quickly learn and explain new complex technologies and subjects.● Resourcefulness and strong research skills● Significant abilities in reading, understanding and writing code samples to replicatecustomer issues, as well as reading and understanding logs and stack traces● Must have proficient Oral and Written English language and good communication skills.● Punctuality● 24/7 availabilityGreat-to-have● Advanced skills operating SQL REACT to manipulate data● Experience applying BigQuery, Cloud Storage & CloudSQL● Practical knowledge of Open Authorization (OAuth) servers, SQL (any dialect) Cloudcomputing & PaaS modern API technologies● Knowledge of Firebase application infrastructure● Customer service experiencePreferred Qualifications:● College diploma in Computer Science or 2 years of relevant knowledge / experience● Effectively build solutions with Linux-based systems● Proficient with web protocols: Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP), Transport LayerSecurity (TLS), etc● Experience with Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS)● Code versioning tools such as Git, Subversion (SVN), etc● Knowledge of parallel/distributed computing: Not Only Structured Query Language(NoSQL), MapReduce, etcWho is TELUS?We're a high-performing team of individuals who collectively make TELUS one of the leadingtelecommunications companies in Canada.
