Our client is seeking a Senior Technical Writer/Note-Taker to assist the Restorative Engagement Program with an extensive number of consultations this fall as required by the Final Settlement Agreement on sexual misconduct. The experienced note-taker will key to helping the team ensure the consultation schedule stays on schedule.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Interviewing and meeting with the Restorative Engagement Team Consultation Manager and Coordinator to gather further information or for clarification purposes for stakeholder engagements;
  • Reviewing and analyzing specifications, notes, drawings and other technical resources related to stakeholder engagements;
  • Creating meeting records of each stakeholder engagement over the 22 week period;
  • Coordinating meeting record approvals;
  • Identifying potential issues, sensitive information, the nature of information to be disclosed, etc.;
  • Final report to the RE team on stakeholder engagement records analysis and insights;
  • Consultation Meeting Reports.


  • Qualifications and Experience
  • Must demonstrate a minimum of 3 years within the last 6 years of experience with Federal Government facilitated meetings and note taking.
  • Must demonstrate 3 years' experience within the past 10 years with writing various meeting reports (including but not limited to) record of decisions, meeting minutes...etc.
  • Must have a minimum Reliability clearance
  • Must be fluently bilingual
