Why is this role important?
The Sales Associate is responsible for driving sales through delivering an exceptional customer experience on the sales floor, upholding merchandising standards and maintenance of the store on a daily basis. The Sales Associate is also responsible for assisting customer in the fitting rooms and checking customer out at the cash desk. The Sales associate is critical in ensuring the customer’s needs are met and surpassed in friendly and professional manner.
