Operations Consultant – U.S.

Carpedia International (U.S.) Corp. is an operations-based management consulting firm where our teams have an opportunity to implement tangible and sustainable behavior, management system, and process changes to better align our client-organizations. We offer an environment where talented, results-driven, and passionate learners can thrive. If you are motivated by seeing the tangible results of your work and if you prefer taking an “on-the-ground” approach to client-delivery, then you’ve found the right place.

For over 20 years we’ve worked across numerous industries, in countries around the world, to deliver measurable results. We have worked with some of the world’s leading companies in all industries including (but not limited to) financial services, manufacturing, healthcare, retail, and logistics. With no capital investment required from our clients, project teams are embedded within an organization full-time using only the assets already deployed to achieve results on predetermined timelines and cost. At Carpedia, we deliver Results, not Reports™.

We are looking to add talented individuals to our U.S. Operations team as Management Consultants . As part of our Operations team, Consultants work up to 100% on site with our clients at leading companies throughout North America.

Special note during COVID:

Please note that we take the health and safety of our teams very seriously. While projects are continuing and some of our work has transitioned to virtual based, our teams are still required to travel up to 100% during this time. Please address any concerns you have about travelling in your cover letter for our HR team to address during the interview process.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Analyzing and redesigning work processes and management systems using interviews, observations, data analysis, and various analytical techniques to identify performance and productivity barriers.

  • Working directly on-site with our clients and building relationships with client managers to train, coach and influence them to change the way they work.

  • Providing support to client managers to implement changes and ensure they generate measurable financial results.

  • Design reporting tools that allow increased visibility within the business and enhanced management controls.
  • We are looking for individuals who enjoy seeing the tangible, measurable results of their work; enjoy working in a team environment; have a focus on continuous process improvement and enjoy the hands-on nature of the work; have no problems travelling 100% of the time.

    What we require…

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree required (business education preferred).

  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written. Individuals must be fluent in English; Spanish is also an asset.

  • A strong business acumen and previous business experience is required for our entry-level positions.

  • Strong presentation skills and an ability to communicate effectively across all levels in an organization.

  • Advanced analytical skills with a high attention to detail.

  • Ability to travel 100% of the time across North America and occasionally on international assignments.

*NOTE: All employees are required to have a valid U.S. passport and be eligible to qualify for a work permit under NAFTA.
