What You Bring to the Table

  • Demonstrated ability to interact very positively with others with tact, diplomacy, and professionalism
  • Able to work effectively with individuals with diverse background and knowledge, i.e., clients, contractors, vendors, other designers)
  • Demonstrated competency in using property maintenance equipment
  • High school diploma, GED, or 3 years industry experience
  • Comfortable directing teams of workers (1-4)
  • Commitment to demonstrate high-quality workmanship, efficient production and exceed safety requirements
  • About the Opportunity

  • Carrying out a high standard of work relating to the horticulture division at Seasonal Impact. Crew Leaders are also responsible for overseeing, leading, and training crew members/lead hands.
  • Weeding, debris/garbage removal, hedge cutting, weed spraying, plant maintenance, watering, and assisting other departments as needed.
  • Drive crew trucks often with an attached trailer
  • Assist Production Manager in developing and recognizing excellence in employee performance by sharing daily crew results
  • Model and motivate crew members in the desired values and culture of Seasonal Impact
  • Provide recommendations to the Production Manager regarding ideas on how to improve processes and procedures
