About the role:
We are seeking customer oriented candidates in Fredericton for a Luxury High Tech Real Estate Firm. Looking for articulate people with white Glove Customer Care Skills. Someone who is Soft spoken, able to charm people on the phone and establish rapport very easily will be a great fit for this role. These can be high pressure situations hence Calming nature Ideal.
Satisfying customer expectations in a way that also complies with best practices
Demonstrating empathy by listening attentively to customer concerns
Maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings and service level agreements. Handling client’s needs with exceptional care and attention
Have a strong understanding of policies and procedures of various programs, to provide support to end client base.
Provide information & support to clients with questions pertaining to loan programs
Calculate commission percentages and provide support on commission related inquiries as needed
Analyze funds data within the programs and provide estimates based on analysis. Research account & transactional histories and provide answers to clients in a timely & professional manner
• Exceptional Customer Service Skills – 1 year • Must have experience with online systems (tech savvy) • High School Education
Sense of achievement providing excellent customer service in an inbound customer contact environment
Basic math and analytical skills
G Suite knowledge
Technical experience, digital experience an asset
Exceptional customer service experience (through multiple channels, i.e. phone, email, chat)
