We have an exciting opportunity for a Content Writer to join our team! In this role, you will apply your clever wordsmith skills to all communications with our customers, with a focus on social media. By developing a keen understanding of our products, customers, and business, you will help to continue to shape and reinforce the voice of our brand. Working collaboratively with our product and marketing teams, you will develop compelling material for our in-store programs, website, blog, social media channels, and digital & traditional advertising. You will help grow our brand by identifying content opportunities, fostering online engagement, and assisting with media outreach
As Content Writer, you will need to understand our customers, our products, and our company’s vision and goals in order to effectively communicate the value of our products, product knowledge, styling, and inspiration through written and video content.
You will create engaging, compelling, and consistent content, ensuring that all content adheres to brand guidelines and SEO best practices, at all customer touch-points:
You will collaborate cross-functionally with our creative, product, merchandising, marketing, service & sales, operations, and technical teams in the development of content and creative materials.
You will guide and develop a Junior Content Writer, and will manage translation resources for content that is adapted to French or other languages, as necessary.
Your Knowledge & Skills
Demonstrated ability to write compelling content across various platforms in order to foster online engagement.
