Under general supervision and consistent with the Credit Union’s mission, vision, guiding principles and brand statements, provides quality service to commercial members within all EKC branches and contributes to the success of the organization through the achievement of established commercial sales goals and the application of member relationship management tools and techniques. Acts as the first point of contact for commercial members and prospects, directing and assisting members as required. Actively participates in the execution of individual product and service campaigns. Administers estates to ensure appropriate measures are taken to manage estate funds for commercial members. Facilitate face to face routine sales support transactions for the commercial team. Maintains commercial member files and records. As a member of the Department Team, provides input into the department planning process and recommends changes to department operations to improve service. Responds to inquiries from Commercial Services members and staff and assists in the resolution of member problems and concerns. Participates in a variety of special projects, semi-annual training/support, and events as required, may require some travel to EKC branches.
Permanent Full-Time – 37 Hours per week
Monday: 8:00am – 2:30pm
Tuesday - Thursday: 8:00am – 4:45pm
Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
