    We currently have an opening for a Channel Marketing Manager Reporting to the Director Channel Marketing.

    The Channel Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting the development and execution of business plans across retail channels that include IIROC, MFDA and/or Integrated. This role will be responsible for working with the Channel Marketing team to activate channel and dealer opportunities through orchestrated and targeted advisor journeys integrated across the company. You will be working closely with leaders across multiple areas, like research and innovation, sales, key accounts, and CRM while leveraging investor segmentations to build profiles and plans grounded in business objectives that drive growth in priority channels and key accounts.

    Success in this role requires strong project management skills and the ability to multi-task in supporting various marketing initiatives within the Channel Marketing team. Your expert knowledge of advisor segments (IIROC, MFDA, Integrated) combined with strong investment industry and marketing acumen, drive your abilities and passions as you work in our cross functional, high-performing team environment.

    Major Responsibilities Include:

  • Execute on strategies and channel plans to address the unique business opportunities within each investor segment and create programs to help drive positive business outcomes.
  • Work with Distribution Channels (IIROC, MFDA, Integrated) and Marketing to ensure seamless execution of marketing programs and go-to-market strategies.
  • Develop and execute key account plans and strategies.
  • Create strong processes and demonstrate effective project management skills to drive execution cross-functionally.
  • Develop and execute marketing programs across targeted market segments to drive brand awareness and revenue, working closely with sales and product teams
  • Leverage our value-added programs from the Tax and Estate and Practice Management and other areas to integrate into channel and firm plans
  • Assist with competitive benchmarking, data collection and analysis of channel and key account insights as needed
  • Support the activation of multi-channel campaigns and demand generation programs to meet specific acquisition, penetration and retention needs
  • Identify best practices and streamline efficiencies within the Marketing department and business partners
  • Qualifications:

  • 4-5 years of experience executing on integrated marketing campaigns
  • Strong Financial Services or Asset Management experience an asset
  • Strong understanding of marketing trends and B2b best practices
  • Strong, professional team player who can communicate, collaborate and influence effectively
  • Demonstrable understanding of aspects of channel strategy, including but not limited content development segmentation, email marketing, SEO / SEM, Display Ad, social media and analytics
  • Experience or familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Marketing Cloud
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Bachelor's degree required; Degree in applicable field preferred
  • Education:

  • University Degree (ideally in Commerce / Economics / or in other quantitative discipline)
  • CSC preferred
